Trøndelagsutstillingen is a yearly regional exhibition of contemporary art, organized by Trøndelag Bildende Kunstnere (the artists’ association) and administrated by Trøndelag Centre for Contemporary Art.
As a juried exhibition, it allows a considerable number of artists to participate, giving the audience the opportunity to see a variety of art and different artistic practices.
All artists and art students with a connection to Trøndelag (born, living or studying) are welcome to apply for Trøndelagsutstillingen.
Trøndelagsutstillingen is judged in two rounds. First, the jury selects artwork that go to the second round on the basis of the artists’ digital documentation, then the jury reviews the original work before deciding on a final selection of artwork to present in this year’s exhibition.
